1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Customer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Naija Drip website and platform, operated by MO Webcraft Enterprises, Lagos, Nigeria.
By creating an account, browsing the platform, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Naija Drip platform.
Naija Drip is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent Nigerian fashion designers and clothing brands. Unless otherwise stated, products are sold by independent vendors through the Naija Drip platform. MO Webcraft Enterprises operates the marketplace and facilitates transactions between customers and vendors.
2. Eligibility
By using Naija Drip, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Nigerian law.
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Naija Drip is not intended for persons under the age of 18.
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the platform require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Keep your account information updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately at naijadrip@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
4. About the Naija Drip Marketplace
Naija Drip provides a platform where customers can discover and purchase fashion products from independent Nigerian vendors.
By using the platform, you understand that:
- Products are listed and sold by independent vendors.
- Vendors are responsible for producing, packaging, and fulfilling their orders.
- Many products are made-to-order and are produced only after an order has been placed.
- Naija Drip reviews vendors before onboarding them but cannot guarantee the quality of every individual product.
- Naija Drip may assist in resolving disputes between customers and vendors where necessary.
5. Orders
5.1 Placing an Order
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
Your order is confirmed after payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from Naija Drip.
5.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a vendor cannot fulfil your order, Naija Drip will notify you and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
5.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
Delivery fees, where applicable, are displayed before checkout.
If a genuine pricing error occurs, Naija Drip reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund or offer the option to proceed at the correct price.
6. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Paystack.
Naija Drip does not store your payment card information.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or a refund is approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
7. Delivery
Delivery is arranged through our logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times depend on the vendor’s production time, dispatch schedule, and delivery destination.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Naija Drip is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, adverse weather, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact naijadrip@outlook.com so we can investigate.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by Naija Drip’s Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Key points include:
8.1 Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
Once production has begun, cancellations are generally not permitted because many products are made specifically for each customer.
8.2 Return Eligibility
Returns may be approved where:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The wrong size was sent compared to the confirmed order.
- The item is damaged or defective.
- The product is significantly different from its description.
- The order was not delivered after investigation.
8.3 Non-Returnable Items
Returns are generally not accepted for:
- Change of mind after production has started.
- Custom-made or personalised items produced according to the confirmed order.
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie.
- Final Sale or Non-Returnable items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
8.4 Return Requests
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8.5 Refunds
Approved refunds are processed in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and are issued to the original payment method.
8.6 Exchanges
Where available, exchanges may be offered for eligible items subject to vendor stock availability.
9. Disputes
If a dispute arises between a customer and a vendor, Naija Drip may review relevant information, including order records, photographs, delivery information, and communications between the parties.
Our aim is to reach a fair resolution based on the available evidence and our marketplace policies.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Manipulate reviews or ratings.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, logos, software, and original content belong to MO Webcraft Enterprises or its licensors.
Product photographs, descriptions, and other listing content remain the property of the respective vendors.
You may not reproduce or commercially use any platform content without written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of Naija Drip is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
Naija Drip operates as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent vendors.
While we work to maintain a trusted marketplace, vendors remain responsible for the products they create and sell.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, MO Webcraft Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Nigerian law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Naija Drip may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through email or by notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
